Fingerprints Christian Preschool is seeking an experienced Pre-K teacher with a passion for teaching children and helping them build a solid, faith-based foundation. We have an incredible staff with very little teacher turn-over. Our standard hours are 8:15am until 2:30pm with the possibility of "Stay & Play" until 4pm or 5pm a few days a week. We also follow the Frisco ISD calendar with the exception of summer camps (Teachers are required to work summer camps).
Candidates must have experience teaching Pre-K or Two's Classes, must be patient, creative, and energetic, and eager to teach children formal curriculum at this age. Experience with Handwriting Without Tears is a strong plus.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
Qualified candidates have at least 2 years' experience as a Lead Teacher in the field of Early Childhood Education and/or Child Development, with preschool aged children from 18 months to 5 years. We are seeking a warm, sensitive, and experienced individual with a genuine love for children, and the desire to share the love of God.

- Ability to develop a dynamic, high-quality, and age appropriate curriculum to successfully engage children and foster their physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual and social growth
- Effective organizational, supervision, planning and leadership skills
- Demonstrated classroom management skills
- Ability to design a stimulating classroom environment
- Ability to provide ongoing assessments and documentation
- Ease with developing rapport with children, parents, and co-workers
- Ability to communicate effectively and correspond with families regularly
- Comfort with expressing, sharing and demonstrating Christian standards to children, parents and staff
- Capable of executing a developmentally appropriate Christian curriculum
- Must be willing to work summers
- Experience with Handwriting Without Tears a plus
