Salon Social Media Manager - Frisco Job

We are looking for a creative, innovative, and hard worker to spearhead social media content creation and social media management for multiple tanning salons, which is growing quickly!
You'll be part of a collaborative team, in touch with owner for approval and feedback. We'll expect you to think outside the box with generating fresh, exciting social content, campaigns, & events that make a measurable difference to our sunless airbrush tanning brand.

We need a self-starter with a love for social media marketing who isn't afraid to speak up and take action to make a meaningful impact to our company. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and client engagement.

While your job will primarily take place in our headquarters office-- it's definitely not your typical boring office! DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee social media accounts’ design and content format on all major social media platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap chat.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on all social media platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, Snap chat etc..
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Must have experience with Photoshop and adobe illustrator
• Experience scheduling content in Hootsuite or other applications preferred
• Expertise with engagement and conversion metrics related to each social network or platform (Likes, Hashtags, Follows, Retweets, Check-Ins, etc.)
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
• Proven work experience as Social Media Manager (MUST be able to provide portfolio or past work in social media)
• Must be reliable and always on time to work (15 mins early)
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Analytical and multitasking skills a must
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Hands on experience in creative content
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• You thrive in a hustle environment and are excellent in managing project timelines
• Proven ability to be a self-starter, goal oriented, comfortable with a changing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and strong organization and time management skills
• Graphic Design including GIF creation a plus, photography
• Must also have experience with various editing apps for iOS
• Influencer Marketing (Outreach, Negotiation, Campaign Management, and Analysis/Reporting)
