Our North Plano office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a part-time position at 20 hours a week. . Our Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, inputting property information on an excel sheet,  processing policy change requests, sending out policies, providing certificates of insurance to the client or lender, maintain knowledge of our products, maintain accurate information in the agency management system and answer any questions our clients may have.
Insurance industry experience and knowledge is required. Minimum 2 - 4 years experience preferred. A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but with an experienced insurance background, may be willing to provide licensing training and test.
Requirements:
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact and all information in agency management system.
- Generating Excel spreadsheets and insurance quotes.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Responds to all inquiries,  cancellation requests, and policy requests within a specified timeframe.
