Full Charge QuickBooks Bookkeeper - Construction - Frisco Job

Construction company needing a full charge bookkeeper with a sound knowledge of QuickBooks bookkeeping specific to the construction industry.

Must be tech savvy and comfortable with digital / paperless filing.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Costing (items), progressive billing, AIA pay applications
- A/P and A/R
- Payroll, payroll tax reporting
- Manage retention (client and subcontractor)
- General Journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Asset list management
- 1099's, W-2's, Forms 941, 940, TWC
- Other tasks relating to this position.

Compensation:

Dependent on experience but generally in range of $55K To $65K
