Karmelo Anthony now asking for a states representative to defend him on appeal. What happened to the original attorneys? What about all the go fund me money?

I guess I thought his original attorney would be there through it all, unless he got fired.

It is in his best interest to ask for an attorney that specializes in appeals.

BTW, GoFundMe had deactivated the account early on as they do not crowdfund that involves violent crime. It was picked up by GiveSendGo.

The GiveSendGo crowdfunding platform closes the account on June 10 the day after his conviction. There is now another crowdfunding it is mentioned in this news article below.

Here in this Fox News article towards the bottom there were statements about how the fund had been used.
