Potential 39 Acre Data Center Coming to ProsperA new "Project Tomahawk" data center is seeking approval from the Town of Prosper for a 39 acre data center at the Southeast corner of FM 1385 & Parvin road.Project Tomahawk is being developed by White Rose Partners. The company has multiple data center projects around the country, some of which have received pushback from local residents. The major project objections include concerns about noise pollution, impact on local wildlife, excessive water usage, and strain on the power grid...Neighborhoods and organizations within a one mile radius include: Windsong Ranch, Sutton Fields, ArrowBrooke, Sandbrock Ranch, Winn Ridge, Savannah, Union Park, Providence Village, Shady Creek, Grace Chapel & Preschool, Aubrey Montessori, Cheek Middle School, Digg Pet Resort, Future Prosper Town Park, and more.The town of Prosper is looking to review the project on August 18th.
