A little about me: I lived in the Frisco area for over ten years. I've see a lot of changes. Not all are good. It's not a friendly place . We are a mixed area all different nationalities, which I love. I will say I live in a apartment and the generally all the folks here are nice. But some are rude and obnoxious.
Frisco has a lot to offer as for shopping and education. It's growing is sometimes a drawback.
We need better policing on are streets. We need people who work in the city offices to be better trained.
If they have rules and laws , go by them. Easier to live by the law or rules .But that means people have to enforce them.
