The Frisco City Council is asking voters to consider the future of the proposed Frisco Center for the Arts (FCFA). Last night, the Council voted to place two authorization measures on the May 3 ballot. Voters will be asked to consider allowing:

• Frisco Economic Development Corporation funds (FEDC - Type A) to be used for a Frisco Community Development Corporation (FCDC – Type B) project, specific to the FCFA.

• Frisco to issue debt for the project, not to exceed $160 million, specific to the FCFA.
