Frisco Resident and Suspected Hitman Deported A suspected cartel hitman arrested in Frisco earlier this year has been deported to Mexico, where authorities say he is wanted in connection with multiple homicides. David Vargas-Rivera was arrested by ICE Dallas on January 12 and transferred to Mexican authorities on July 14, according to the Department of Homeland Security. DHS identified him as a high-level oil thief and alleged member of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel, and said he has also been accused of laundering more than $4.6 million through real estate transactions in 2025. Vargas-Rivera has reportedly faced previous arrests in Canada and Colombia.

Just wondering about the real estate he purchased for $4.6 million. Assuming it's been seized by the U.S. Government. Would love to know what they are going to do with these properties.

They didn't say if it was local or not, and it was apparently for laundering purposes, so probably bought and sold it realy quick just to clean the dirty cash…
