Frisco's $325M Budget *Public Hearings*FYI, Frisco will be holding public hearings on the new budget on August 18th, 2026. Increases proposed: 3.7% increase in property tax rate, 9% water rate increase, 5% sewer rate increase, 10% stormwater rate, and 5% environmental service rate increase for commercial users.
