Good Job Frisco PD! 24 Year Cold Case Murder Arrest Frisco Police say they have arrested 50-year-old Jason Honrud of Waxahachie around 7:00 a.m. on June 24, 2026, on a murder warrant connected to the 2002 killing of Plano resident Frank Weiss. Weiss was found dead near Lake Lewisville, inside Frisco city limits. The cold case is still under investigation.
