A new Nepali restaurant named Himalayan Spice is set to open in Frisco, starting July 25. As part of a three-day grand opening celebration, a special inaugural event will take place at 11:00 a.m. on July 25, 2025.

The restaurant will be inaugurated by world-renowned chef and winner of the 2021 BBC MasterChef title, Santosh Shah. Known for his significant role in promoting Nepali cuisine on the international stage, Chef Shah will also present some of his signature dishes at the grand opening.

Himalayan Spice promises delicious Nepali and Himalayan cuisine, a warm welcome to guests, and excellent service. The event will offer the Nepali and broader communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area an opportunity to enjoy authentic Nepali food and interact directly with MasterChef Santosh Shah.

The restaurant's owner, Santosh Nyaupane, has invited all Nepali and food lovers to attend the event and support the business while contributing to the global promotion of Nepali cuisine.

@xAyeikax :
Definitely something interesting to try. I wonder how Nepali food differs from Indian food?
