-Ensure that everyone with a key to your home or business knows how to properly operate your alarm system
-Instruct those with access to your home or business on how to contact the alarm company and cancel a police response
-Update your emergency contacts with your alarm company and the Frisco PD Alarm Unit
-Secure indoor decorations and outside lights to prevent false activation of motion or glass break detectors
