Susanne : You should join the senior center. It is called The Grove. It is on McKinney Street. It is only $5 a month or $50 a year. It is a beautiful facility and you will meet so many nice people. They have great activities such as exercise, movies, bingo, crafts, ….. I could go on and on. You won't be disappointed. Give it a try!
sragsdale : Hi Susan, Can you give me an idea on cost for therapy. I don't have much money and in the last two years, I've lost every loved one in my family and I'm all alone. I don't know anyone here and making friends my own age is virtually impossible. I have seizures and many health problems which has continued to further my depression. Not to mention an abusive ex husband. If you can't help me, could you recommend someplace I can go. Thank you for your time. Susanne Imai

Susanne : It is Frisco's senior center. They have activities exercises, ping pong, tables to play cards, do puzzles, have a cup of coffee and socialize. You can do as little or as much as you want. You can't beat $5 a month. There are nice tricycle bikes for outside, pickle ball, and Shuffle board outside. They do some trips too. Stop by and I think the will be glad to show you around.
