@funacct : I love eggs. I was told that the 100 folds in a chefs hat represent that he/she can make eggs 100 different ways. Not sure if that's true - but I've never had a bad egg. Latest I've tried is a cloud egg. Whites separated and fluffed into a "cloud" and baked with the yolk in the middle. Lots of work - but really good!

I like all kinds of eggs. Farm fresh eggs from a friend are larger than average store eggs, and are tastier. Over easy/medium eggs in a rounded open center of toast are good too. Eggs in tuna salad, are great.

Eggs in a basket. Cut a hole in a piece of sandwich white bread and then place 1 egg inside. Use butter to grease the pan and for flavor (I flip to cook both sides)

I forgot about crepes!!!!! Mmmm
