See Map above. While in flashing mode, traffic on Custer Rd. will not have to stop at the flashing yellow light. Traffic on Gartner Rd and Paradise Dr. will see a flashing red light and will continue to stop at the stop sign. The stop signs will be removed and the traffic signal will become fully operational on Thursday, November 21. Drivers are urged to use caution at this intersection as people become accustomed to the new traffic control patterns.
