City parks' water fountains to be turned off for winter
From Play Frisco Parks & Recreation:
Water fountains at all City parks including Ruff Range Dog Park will be turned off during the winter months starting December 2 as part of our standard winter operations. The fountains will be back on in March.
Make sure to bring water for you and your furry friends for playtime this season!
