Important Notice: Changes to Town of Little Elm Utility Billing

Attention Town of Little Elm Utility Billing customers!
Your December 27 bill is due January 21. Due to changes to the system, your December 27 bill will NOT be drafted from your credit/debit card. You will need to pay your Utility Bill over the phone through our automated system, through mail, our drop box located at Town Hall, or in person at the Utility Billing window. We will not be able to process any credit/debit cards at our window from December 27-January 15. We will only be taking check or cash.

For the January 23 bill, you will need to set up your Utility Billing account in our new system. Your new account number and customer number will be on your January 23 bill. You will use these to create your account in your customer access portal located on our website. After setting up your account, you will be able to request access to set up CC draft for your new account.
