Fatal pedestrian crash @ Legacy Dr & ParkwoodOne pedestrian was killed and another injured Tuesday morning, Sep 30th, 2025, after a rollover crash at Parkwood Boulevard and Legacy Drive, police said.Plano police and fire crews responded about 8am to the collision. Investigators said a gray Kia Niro was westbound on Legacy and attempted a left turn onto southbound Parkwood. The Niro struck the rear driver's side of an eastbound gray Ford Bronco, causing the Bronco to roll over.The Bronco then hit two pedestrians on the sidewalk. Both were taken to a hospital, where one later died. The victim's name is being withheld until family is notified. The second pedestrian's injuries were described as not life-threatening.Neither driver was hurt.Police asked motorists to use caution near the intersection as the crash remains under investigation by the Plano Police Traffic Unit.
