Jake Lang Banned From Texas as Collin County Jail Bond Terms

The Judge in the Karmelo Anthony case has banned Jake Lang from the entire state of Texas.

Lang has been in the Collin County jail for a variety charges, including terroristic threat.

Lang made the Frisco news at a recent City Council meeting where he pointed at Frisco City Council members and told them "You deserve to be strung," and seemingly encouraged people to burn down a local mosque.

The latest debacle and ban from Texas came about after a video surfaced where Lang said:
"I will be waiting outside this courthouse" and "Guess what? Headshot. Done."
"You're going to kill Karmelo Anthony?" a woman asked.
"Yes," Lang replied.

Lang's latest bond conditions include being banned from Texas (except for fulfilling court obligations) and wearing a new GPS ankle monitor.

I never knew a judge can completely ban someone from an entire state. Is this legal? I mean I wish this guy never comes back to TX but is it legal?
