Cow Tipping Creamery Closed - The Imperial Room Coming SoonI'm sad to see the Cow Tipping Creamery at The Star has permanently closed. My wife and I have enjoyed quite a few really wonderful ice cream flavors there over the years!Coming in its place in September is "The Imperial Room": a 25-30-seat cocktail lounge. The Imperial Room bills itself as a "one-of-a-kind cocktail bar & lounge" with a curated cocktail list from Gabe Sanchez, food from Executive Chef Mat Urban. Food include focaccia, Caesar salad, shareable plates, and some entrées. PILF Restaurant Group will operate the Imperial Room, and also operates Cane Rosso, Zoli's Pizza, and Thunderbird Pies.
