Karmelo Anthony Case Update

A judge has removed Judge John Roach from further proceedings in Karmelo Anthony's murder case, citing the strict legal standard for avoiding even the appearance of partiality. Retired Judge Michael Chitty will now hear Anthony's request for a new trial Thursday.

@Jjj: I just think it's a waste of money! Maybe he will get a tougher sentence too! I think that would be the best outcome because he definitely is not innocent of murder!

Thank you Tamara for stepping up and speaking out .I'm right there with you Ma'am. KARMELO ANTHONY Stabbed & Murdered Austin Metcalf in front of a number of witnesses & Austin's Brother . Karmelo wasn't even supposed to be there he was in fact suspended for a similar incident with another student on another Frisco ISD campus. If ANYTHING comes out of this we can only hope & pray That the sentence will be LIFE WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE. & the Court stops KARMELO's go fund me account .That would be the best outcome come ever!
