"Rally Against Rednecks" in Frisco: More divisive rhetoric is floating around Frisco, this time from the anti- Jake Lang crowd. I'm not sure if this is the best way to fight racism and bigotry in Frisco. Will this accomplish anything other than further inflaming tension in the community?

@Jjj: what some people do not realize is many "rednecks" are pretty dang rich. My dad owned a bar in Wisconsin and the richest people in that town were red necks and you never would have guessed it.

Sounds like the Saul Alinsky method of instigating unrest.
Don't fall for it. Keep your calm and stay focused on what is true and good and right. Pray for wisdom and a clean heart.
Here are a few references ( do these sound familiar to us in Frisco these days?)

I would also like him to take a stand against fraud and scams. The recent fraudulent activity has created a bigger divide. Let's work together to stamp out fraud and you may see a unity of all people.

For your info: The redneck origin, is a poor farmer plowing in the fields looking down and receiving a sunburned neck (redneck….. ) If people insist on calling people redneck racist find a better term.
The racism connotation has really worn thin, when people feel they want to condemn or criticize, call them bigots, racists, etc.
Let's all worry about our own behavior and demonstrate how we can develop civilized actions.

@jnjhawley :
The "racist" accusation over nothing does get old...but on the other hand, I moderate the Frisco.com Facebook page, and over the past two weeks I've had to remove literally hundreds of outright, blatantly, unambiguously vulgar racist posts on the boards...so the actuality of racism does exist in Frisco, unfortunately.
