Tell us a bit about your business: What does your business offer, and how long have you been around?

At The Revel Patio Grill, we're not just a restaurant; we're a full-on entertainment destination right here in
Frisco, Texas. We've been proudly serving our community since October 1 st 2020, offering a unique blend of
delicious food, refreshing drinks, and an electrifying atmosphere with live music and events.

What We Offer:
- A Diverse Culinary Journey: From our incredible Seafood &Crawfish Boils (Louisiana-style with customizable

spice levels!) to mouth-watering American classics, zesty Mexican favorites, soulful Cajun dishes, and enticing Asian-inspired creations, our menu is designed to delight every palate. We even have fantastic lunch specials during the week!

How did you decide to get involved in this line of work? How did the business get started?
My decision to enter this line of work was a natural progression from my 17+ years immersed in the restaurant
and entertainment industries. Having worked extensively in various operational roles and later as a consultant, I
gained invaluable insights into what makes a hospitality business thrive and, more importantly, what truly

resonates with guests.

The idea for this business stemmed from a desire to combine that deep industry knowledge with a passion for creating exceptional experiences. I saw an opportunity to build a venue that not only served great food and drinks but also provided top-tier entertainment in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, leveraging all the lessons learned from my years in the field.

Tell us a few things you are proud of about your business. What are you known for? What separates you from the competition?
At The Revel Patio Grill, we are incredibly proud of several key aspects that define our success and reputation.

We are renowned as the premier destination for live music in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, a distinction reinforced by our community's consistent recognition. We were honored to be voted Best Live Music Venue under 500 capacity by the Dallas Observer, and the Star-Telegram named us Best Bar with Live Music in DFW. Furthermore, Frisco

Style Magazine has consistently awarded us Best Live Music Venue for several years running, a testament to our commitment to providing an unparalleled experience.

What is your favorite part of running this business?
My favorite part of running this business is the constant evolution and change, always finding new ways to delight our guests. I's incredibly rewarding to see the smiles, enjoyment, and memories being created right here at The Revel Patio Grill. There's nothing quite like witnessing how music, food and a cocktail brings people together,

fostering connections and shared experiences every single night.

Who is your ideal customer/client? Who do you serve best?
Our ideal customer is anyone in the Frisco area looking for a vibrant, community-focused entertainment destination, almost any day of the week! We best serve individuals, couples, families, and groups seeking diverse entertainment, from thrilling live music and engaging music bingo to competitive trivia and lively open mic and karaoke nights. We're also the perfect venue for those who love to give back, hosting impactful charity events and fundraisers, and we proudly support the next generation of talent through partnerships with Frisco School of Rock and Rockstars of Tomorrow kids concert showcases. Plus, sports enthusiasts will find their home here as a premier sports bar, ensuring there truly is "something for

everyone" at The Revel.

Can you tell us something about yourself as the business owner? What is your background?
As the owner of The Revel Patio Grill, my journey has been a bit of a winding road, much like my upbringing as an "Army brat" and the son of a proud Vietnam veteran. Moving around the country and the world every couple of years taught me the value of community and adaptability, lessons I've carried into building The Revel. Beyond the grill, my life revolves around a few core passions: my wonderful girlfriend Kim and her pack of three rescue pups, Spicoli, Gypsy and Rocky of seven years, the peaceful escape of fishing whenever I can cast a line, the timeless beauty of classic cars and the vibrant energy of car shows, and, most importantly, giving back to the community through charitable events. My military background instilled in me a deep respect for service, and I'm committed to honoring and supporting armed service members whenever possible.

We also specialize in private events and parties, from birthdays to corporate gatherings, offering flexible spaces and a dedicated team to make your celebration unforgettable.

How do you see your business growing and improving over the next couple of years?
Over the next year, The Revel Patio Grill is poised for significant growth and improvement by enhancing our unique
blend of dining and entertainment. Our primary focus is the exciting expansion of our patio by roughly 16,000 sqft,
transforming it into a vibrant activity area. This new space will feature an array of engaging options including more
cornhole boards, pickleball courts, tetherball, soccer pool, shuffleboard, and a variety of other family-friendly ames,

ensuring an even more dynamic and interactive experience for our guests to eat and play or be entertained.
