Frisco Property Taxes
Do you think Frisco property taxes should and will be reduced significantly in the next year by Texas legislation and citizen voting as mentioned in this reference below?
If taxes are reduced, how might that impact our property appraisals and our Frisco school education quality?

I don't know the system well enough to have a good opinion. But my hunch is this - the money has to come from somewhere. If it doesn't come from property taxes, it will come from somewhere else. Also, if school funding reverts to complete state control, that sounds good, except it is more likely that every student in the state would get a similar per capita dollar amount of funding…and if that's the case, each Frisco student, no longer backed by high local home prices & property taxes, would likely see a large per capita drop in funding…which may be more fair to all kids across the state, but likely mean a big change for the current Frisco school system.

My son graduated from College Park High School. We loved The Woodlands. Would love to see Frisco do a venue like
The Cynthia Woods Pavilion.
